- Minor Illness e.g. stings, cuts, cystitis

Patients not seen within three years
If you are aged between 16 and 74 and have not been seen by a healthcare professional for over three years you may request a consultation. We will provide such a consultation and examinations that appear to be appropriate at that time.
Patients aged 75 years and over
If you are aged 75 and over and have not been seen for twelve months you may request a consultation. We will provide such a consultation and examinations that appear to be appropriate at that time

If you require emergency contraception or advice on this please speak to the Receptionist at the Surgery or if the Surgery is closed you may contact your local pharmacy who will be able to advise you.
Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) – Vaccination Information
Did you know that RSV can pose serious health risks, especially for older adults and pregnant women?
From 1st September 2024 there will be two new RSV vaccination programmes, during pregnancy for infant protection and for older adults.
For older adults, RSV can lead to severe respiratory illnesses like pneumonia or bronchitis, especially if you have underlying health conditions. For pregnant women, the vaccine not only safeguards your health but also helps protect your baby from RSV after birth.
RSV vaccinations are not seasonal and will continue all year round.
Eligibility:
- Pregnant women 28w-36w (to be offered each pregnancy).
- Patients aged 75-79 after or on 1st September 2024 (one dose only).
- Patients who turn 80 after or on 2nd September 2024 –will be eligible for a vaccine up to and including 31st August 2025.

Intimate Examinations
You are entitled to ask or arrange for a chaperone to be present during intimate examinations. You may either choose to ask a friend or relative to be present or ask the Practice to provide a chaperone. Please ask in advance if you wish the Practice to provide a chaperone. If the Practice is unable to provide a chaperone at the time of your examination, you may be asked to rebook your appointment for a time when a chaperone is available.
